WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. MADAGASCAR-NORTHEAST COAST. M/V ELISABETH 1, 20 PERSONS ON BOARD, TAKING ON WATER IN 16-00S 050-18E ON 27 DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC MADAGASCAR, E-MAIL: DTS@APMF.MG AND JRCCMAD@SKYFILE-C.COM.
