SOUTH CHINA SEA. INDONESIA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL IN VICINITY 03-36.60N 107-57.00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC SINGAPORE, PHONE: 656 226 5539, EMAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
