BAY OF BENGAL. 1. F/V BON LANKA, F/V CEYLONE-7 AND F/V PRASANGANI CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 13-26N 086-21E AND 13-23N 086-19E. EIGHT PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3712/13.
