VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3747/23.
Reading this warning
- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
