F/V VILA VILA, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY 16-40S 073-25W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
