1. F/V VILA VILA, FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY
   16-46S 072-50W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
   SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL
   RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 378/01.
