SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. DNC 11. M/V HA TRUNG 98 SANK IN VICINITY 13-46N 109-14E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 8422 5398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN.
