EAST CHINA SEA. DNC 23. AIRCRAFT DITCHED IN VICINITY 26-38.23N 122-13.06E AT 071102Z NOV. ONE PERSON MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 8198 866 4999.
