SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 23. F/V QNG 97337TS REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 17-24N 113-30E AT 290300Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 843 1398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN.
