SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 14-11.6N 111-40.1E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO HONG KONG MRCC, PHONE: 852 2233 7999, E-MAIL: HKMRCC@MARDEP.GOV.HK.
