F/V 92545QN, 31 PERSONS ON BOARD, REPORTS
CREWMEN SICK AND REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
IN 13-45N 115-45E AT 101100Z FEB. VESSELS IN
VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT
AND ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
MRCC VUNGTAU OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
