SOUTH CHINA SEA. 1. F/V PY 93032-TS, NINE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 12-30N 112-30E AT 151346Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, PHONE: 844 3768 3050, FAX: 844 3768 3048. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 393/12.
