SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. 1. F/V BD 91396-TS, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 13-41N 109-59E AT 191000Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, PHONE: 844 3768 3050, FAX: 844 3768 3048, E-MAIL: VMRCC@FPT.VN. 2.
