WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 28 METER F/V SHINPO MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 21-25N 135-40E AT 241313Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
