WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 1. 28 METER F/V SHINPO MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 21-26N 135-08E AT 252130Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 540/14.
