SOUTH CHINA SEA. MALAYSIA DNC 03, DNC 11. CABLE OPERATIONS 042200Z MAR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LODBROG. IN VICINITY OF TRACKLINE JOINING 07-34.9N 103-31.3E, 07-25.6N 104-14.8E, 06-36.6N 106-02.7E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
