DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 25-34-30N 138-11-52E AND 25-40-15N 137-46-01E AT 300140Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
