DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 121.5 MHZ IN 25-51-43N 138-23-31E AT 151038Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
