1. CREWMAN WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ON BOARD M/V SILVIA SAINT VINCENT IN 12-42N 050-35E AT 020530Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY WITH A HELICOPTER DETACHMENT ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDEVAC TO DJIBOUTI REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
