   IN 28-38S 040-20E AT 280244Z APR. VESSELS
   IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS
   TO CAPE TOWN RADIO OR MRCC CAPE TOWN.
