PERSIAN GULF.
1. DERELICT M/V STOLT VALOR ON FIRE AND ADRIFT
   IN 27-23N 050-27E. 24 PERSONS RECOVERED.
   ONE PERSON REMAINS MISSING. VESSELS IN
   VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
   ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 749/12.

An abandoned vessel still afloat and drifting, with no one on board.
Adrift
Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
