SOUTH CHINA SEA.
M/V CAILAN2/3WLA, 24 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT
IN 07-34N 110-03E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VUNGTAU
OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.

Persons on board (POB)
The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Adrift
Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
Position (degrees and minutes)
