SOUTH CHINA SEA. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V BD 96077 TS IN 06-58N 104-12E AT 171100Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORT TO MRCC VUNGTAU, PHONE: 064 385 0950, FAX: 064 381 0353.
