DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 50-05.7N 150-26.7E AT 150919Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
