BAY OF BENGAL. F/V, WHITE HULL, CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 09-00.5N 088-27.0E AT 250455Z MAR. PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
