EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PANAMA. 1. VESSEL SARCHS PERCH, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 06-14.28N 080-18.09W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA XII 24/23.
