GULF OF PANAMA. MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 08-58.19N 079-22.15W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
