GULF OF PANAMA. PANAMA. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP DURABLE ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 08-45.15N 079-20.82W, 07-34.40N 079-16.68W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA XII 96/21.
