CARIBBEAN SEA. COLOMBIA. VESSEL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, PARTIALLY SUBMERGED AND ADRIFT IN AREA BOUND BY 11-10-17N 075-03-45W, 09-53-39N 075-33-48W, 10-53-07N 076-18-04W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CARTAGENA HARBOR MASTER OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.

- The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
- Semi-submerged
- Floating at or just below the surface, so hard to see by eye or radar.
- Adrift
- Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
- Area bound by
- Introduces a list of positions that are the corners of an area — the polygon the warning applies to.
- Position (degrees and minutes)

- Keep a sharp lookout
