WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. M/V CARMEN, TEN PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY 11-00N 078-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CARTAGENA HARBOR MASTER OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
