WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. PANAMA. 1. M/V CARMEN 1, TEN PERSONS ON BOARD ADRIFT IN AREA BOUND BY 10-05.65N 078-38.96W, 10-10.16N 078-38.96W, 10-10.16N 078-34.56W, 10-05.65N 078-34.56W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CARTAGENA HARBOR MASTER OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 73/21, 77/21.
