GULF OF MEXICO. SEISMIC SURVEY 16 FEB UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V OSPREY EXPLORER TOWING 12000 METER LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 26-26.6N 088-23.2W, 26-45.3N 088-01.2W, 25-36.7N 086-51.0W, 25-17.7N 087-12.3W. EIGHT MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
