CARIBBEAN SEA. ARUBA. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 13-30.00N 069-58.00W, 13-31.00N 069-52.00W, 13-22.00N 069-50.00W, 13-22.00N 069-57.00W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 145/24.
