CARIBBEAN SEA. ARUBA. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 13-10.00N 069-54.00W, 13-11.00N 069-49.00W, 12-40.00N 069-43.00W, 12-39.00N 069-49.00W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 156/24.
