WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LIDA IN AREA BOUND BY 12-42N 057-19W, 12-42N 057-13W, 12-23N 057-11W, 12-23N 057-18W. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 179/20.
