NORTH ATLANTIC.
1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING
   THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL,
   IN VICINITY 23-32.64N 043-51.24W AT 160930Z MAR.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 212/19.
