NORTH ATLANTIC. 1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL, IN VICINITY 23-43.02N 043-56.76W AT 170930Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 215/19.
