WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. CANADA-EAST COAST. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS 14 APR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RESOLUTE, VICINITY TRACKLINE BETWEEN HALIFAX (44-38N 063-34W) AND 46-36N 052-23W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
