1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LIDA IN AREA BOUND BY
   43-22N 060-02W, 42-57N 059-15W,
   42-20N 057-55W, 42-25N 057-50W,
   43-25N 059-58W.
