WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. CABLE OPERATIONS 08 SEP UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 40-50.50N 057-35.20W, 40-57.35N 057-35.96W, 40-53.19N 058-44.00W, 40-46.15N 058-43.00W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
