WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 39-06N 057-07W, 39-15N 057-07W, 39-14N 055-22W, 39-11N 055-22W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 810/20.
