1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY M/V POLAR PRINCE IN AREA BOUND BY
   52-16N 053-08W, 51-55N 052-35W,
   51-26N 052-19W, 51-49N 053-28W.
   THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
