LABRADOR SEA.
1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY M/V POLAR PRINCE IN AREA BOUND BY
   52-25N 051-41W, 51-30N 052-35W,
   50-58N 051-08W, 51-52N 050-13W.
   THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
