NORTH ATLANTIC. CABLE OPERATIONS FROM 06 OCT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LIDA A. AREA BOUND BY 47-56.5N 040-23.1W, 48-02.9N 040-41.9W, 48-06.6N 040-38.3W, 48-00.3N 040-19.5W. B. TRACKLINE BETWEEN 48-00.3N 040-19.5W AND 49-38.1N 038-46.0W. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
