1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LAYLA ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING
   48-12.01N 036-34.42W, 46-33.19N 039-44.90W.
   WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 871/22.
