EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. SENEGAL. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS 091800Z APR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP PIERRE DE FERMAT WITH SUBMERSIBLE ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 08-06.6N 016-08W AND 18-07.6N 016-21.4W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
