EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE D'OUESSANT ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 23-23.98N 018-36.53W, 023-19.56N 018-41.77W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
