VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO M/V BREIZ KLIPPER OR MRCC ETEL.

Man overboard: Someone has gone into the water from a vessel; ships in the area are asked to look for them.
