WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. ALGERIA TO ITALY. 1. SEVEN METER VESSEL, 30 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT BETWEEN ALGIERS (36-54N 007-46E) AND ITALY. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
