GULF OF MEXICO. TEXAS. DNC 15. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM S/V KILIKA IN 28-10.53N 095-11.07W AT 081410Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CCGD08, PHONE: 504 589 6225, FAX: 504 589 2148, E-MAIL: D8COMMANDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
